Terms of Service.

These terms are an agreement between you and SoloSoft LLC, Baku, Azerbaijan ("SoloSoft"). By using this website, one of our apps, or the SoloSoft Inference API ("the API"), you accept them. If you use the API on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms.

• The API provides OpenAI-compatible endpoints for open-weight AI models. Access is by API key. You are responsible for keeping your keys secret and for all use made with them.
• Pricing is per token as published in our models listing or agreed with you in writing. Usage is invoiced monthly and due within 30 days. We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice.
• Rate limits apply. Under load the API returns HTTP 429 rather than queueing requests. We aim for high availability but give no uptime guarantee unless a written service agreement says otherwise.
• Models are third-party open-weight models used under their own licences (for example Apache 2.0 or MIT). Your use of model outputs must also respect those licences.

You may not use our products or the API to break the law, to generate or distribute content that exploits or harms children, to harass or defraud people, to create malware or attack systems, to infringe others' rights, or to interfere with the service or its security. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for abuse or non-payment.

You keep all rights to the inputs you send and the outputs you receive. We claim no ownership of either, and we do not use them to train models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or biased; you are responsible for checking it before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, or safety-related decisions.

Our apps are also governed by the terms of the app store you download them from, including its rules on purchases and refunds. The SoloSoft name, logo, website, and app designs belong to SoloSoft LLC and may not be copied without permission.

Our products and the API are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. SoloSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using our products at any time; API customers may close their account by email, and outstanding invoices remain payable. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and disputes are heard by the courts of Baku unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Contact: info@solosoft.az.
