Privacy Policy.

SoloSoft LLC ("SoloSoft", "we") is an independent software studio registered in Baku, Azerbaijan. We are the data controller for this website and our consumer apps, and a data processor for content sent to our inference API by API customers. Questions and requests: info@solosoft.az.

If you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, and message you enter, delivered to us by our email provider (Resend) and kept only as long as needed to reply. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes device and interaction signals under Google's privacy policy. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, for security and operations. We do not run advertising cookies or trackers on this site.

Each SoloSoft app describes its own data practices in its store listing and in-app notice. Some apps show advertising through Google AdMob or use analytics and crash reporting from third-party providers; those providers process data under their own policies. We do not sell personal data, and we only collect what an app needs to work, such as the images you choose to edit or the account details you provide.

Our API at api.solosoft.az serves open-weight AI models. It is a zero-retention service:

• Prompts, completions, and any files or images you send are processed in memory and are not stored, logged, or used to train or improve any model.
• We keep request metadata only: timestamp, model name, token counts, status code, latency, and the API key identifier. This is retained for 30 days for billing, abuse prevention, and reliability, then deleted.
• Inference runs on GPU servers rented from infrastructure providers in the region shown in our public models listing. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS.
• If you reach our API through an aggregator such as OpenRouter, that platform's privacy policy also applies to the data it handles before and after our servers.

For API customers we act as a processor: you decide what to send, and we process it only to return a response and to bill for usage.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email delivery, GPU infrastructure, invoicing and payments), under contracts that restrict their use of it, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@solosoft.az. We respond within 30 days. Because the API keeps no prompt content, deletion requests for API traffic apply to the metadata described above.

We protect data with TLS encryption, key-based authentication, and access limited to the people who need it. Our products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page; material changes to the API terms are also announced to API customers by email.
